Agreement reads:
I have read and fully comprehend the MDT Working Protocols/Guidlines and
have reviewed the above for the Gonzales Regional Children's Advocacy
Center (Norma's House).  While each of the undersigned agencies has a
specific responsibilities in investigating, prosecuting and medical and
psychotherapeutic treatment of cases of child abuse, we do hereby
acknowledge that a collaborative team approach through the operation of
Norma's House will serve to enhance the individual efforts of each agency,
will unite our rural community, and the preservation of the children of
Gonzales and Lavaca Counties.
